TODAY! All those who turned in applications for Student Council next year need to briefly meet with Mr. Wood at 2:45 today in room C213. This meeting will take 10 minutes and is mandatory.

Things to Remember!

Friday the 19th is the last day to turn in your applications for yearbook staff at Lone Peak High School. The office still has applications for any 9th graders who want to apply.

8th Grade Students: If you're interested in taking 9th Grade Honors English next year, but your name has not appeared on the list of participants, be sure you turn in your signed contract to Mrs. Springer in Room A204 by Thursday, March 25th. Contracts are available in the counseling center and in Mrs. Springer's room.

Today! Ninth Grade Students: Please invite your parents and plan on attending our Scholarship Group this Thursday, March 18th, from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in room D119. We will be discussing College admission requirements for Utah Colleges to help you prepare for your future education opportunities.

Tuesday - March 23 - Student Congress Word Explosion - during A (1:25 to 2:45) in the auditorium - You and your students are welcome to participate in a lively refutation period where you can challenge the logic and conclusions of 6 Outstanding Student Speakers. 

Alpine Youth Council Applications (for current 9th grade students) are now in the counseling office. This is a great service opportunity. This council serves the community by organizing projects and activities centered around youth and our community. Applications are due by March 24th.

9th graders going to LPHS who are interested in cheer tryouts, there is a mandatory parent meeting on March 25th. You can pick up fliers from Coach Doane.
