We are happy to be part of Timberline Middle School . The Center is here to serve the students and their parents. We are open Monday 7:30 to 1:45 - Tues thru Thurs 9:00 to 4:00 and Friday 7:30 to 2:30.

Our function is four-fold.

*Make-up Tests and Quizzes. If a student is absent for a test or quiz he can arrange with the teacher to take it in the Student Services Center , before or after school, or in the teachers classroom. The decision is up to the teacher as to where he/she would like the student to take the test.

*After School Homework Center . We are open for over an hour after school Tuesday thru Thursday and 45 minutes before school on Mondays and Fridays. We will have a teacher available after school to give students extra help in math if needed.

*Absent Students/Missed Homework. When a student has missed three consecutive days of school, we will collect homework from all their CORE CLASSES and have it here in the Center for the student or parent to pick up. You must call us before 10:00am on the day you want to pick it up. We will tell you then when it will be ready to be picked up. (We try to have it ready by 1:00 pm , but it depends on our schedule that day!)

*Tracking at-risk students. If a student needs extra encouragement to get their assignments in and falls below a 1.5 GPA, please call our counseling office. We have a wonderful 4 week program to help these students use their planner, access Powerschool website and monitor their progress and set goals. This takes a commitment from the parent and student.
